The security of personal data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail is an important concern of RAS. For this reason, our websites are operated in accordance with the laws on data protection and data security.
1.1 Personal data
No personal data is collected via our websites without the user's consent. The user decides whether or not to disclose personal data in the context of a registration, survey, order or similar. The personal data of a user is used exclusively to answer the user's inquiry, to process an order or to provide the user with access to special data or offers.
In order to maintain customer relations, it may be necessary to store, process and use personal data within RAS in order to better respond to the user's wishes or to improve our products and services. RAS will not sell or otherwise market users' personal data to third parties. If a user does not agree to us using his or her personal data to the extent described above, he or she can inform us of this at any time. The user's data will then immediately be blocked accordingly. At the user's request, we will provide written information about the extent to which personal data about the user is stored.
Personal data will only be passed on to third parties within the framework of mandatory legal regulations. Our employees are bound to secrecy.
1.2 Automatically collected information that is not personal data.
When accessing RAS websites, information is occasionally collected automatically which is not assigned to a specific person (in particular the Internet browser and operating system used; the name of the customer's Internet service provider; the website from which the customer visits the websites). RAS uses this information to improve the attractiveness of its own websites.

1.5 Data security on the Internet
The World Wide Web is a publicly accessible system. If personal data is disclosed online, this is done at the user's risk. Data may be lost en route or fall into the hands of unauthorised third parties. RAS takes every precaution to ensure the security of personal data. Your data is conscientiously protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure.
